Making custom art with the person who would enjoy it in mind is the best route for successful creation
She is an elegant, successful young mom that just moved into an airy roof top apartment, recently renovated in white tones.
This is all I knew about the future recipient of this painting.
As I pondered the way this painting should go, I knew I wanted something de-structured with very intense colors, that wouldn´t weigh the space down. I hadn´t seen the apartment, but having a roof top terrace, I imagined bright light and minimum furniture (I found out I was right). Also there was a little kid in this house, so I thought something playful would better suit the setting.
¨Summer freckles¨ is an explosion of bright and happy, colorful and light with sparkles of gold like summer itself. It is difficult to find two spots that are alike, which delights the eye into exploring it over and over again.
